Novembeer 3, 2014 is Not a NonWorking Holiday

To all MSUans, November 3, 2014 is not a nonworking holiday.

Some people speculated that it would be because of Ashura, 10th day of Muharram. Ashura falls on Sunday, Nov 2, 2014. But even if Ashura would fall on Monday, it would not still be a nonworking holiday. Because Ashura is not listed in the PD 1083, which is the major basis of muslim nonworking holidays.
