Sir, I am one of your student in Physics 11.1 M: 11:30-2:30. I hope you wouldn't mind but I wouldn't tell my name here for privacy's sake..(haha!) Sir, I haven't taken our final exam because I got sick - REALLY - and i would like to take a special examination please on the day you would schedule it. I have been checking you in your office t inform you personally but every time I went there you're not there. So, what I did is I leave a letter to one of the faculty in your department in case you arrive. I have there written my name and all necessary information. I am very much sorry for the inconvenience. Thank you very much, Sir. Arigatou gozaimasu, sensei. Shukran Katheer.
